The American left, as usual, has the story all wrong.

ABC’s late-night host Jimmy Kimmel was “pre-empted indefinitely” by the company for a statement he made on air after the assassination of Charlie Kirk. What Kimmel said was false and dangerous.

Several insane comments crossed my feed afterwards, but presidential thespian Cory Booker, in a fundraising letter to his violent base, wrote the stupidest thing. Or, is it “most stupid?” Whatever the proper English is, here you go:

“Donald Trump’s administration is shredding the First Amendment in front of our eyes. The latest attack to silence Jimmy Kimmel is just another attempt by this administration to limit free speech with the help of corporate media in order to cancel anyone who dares to critique the extreme right.”

Really, Sen. Booker?

In your averice for political cash, you’re willing to say that we’re witnessing an “attack to silence Jimmy Kimmel.”

Uh, hello, it’s been just over a week since the person who was actually attacked and silenced lay dead on a Utah campus at the hands of a kid filled with your leftist ideology.
